“ I was in South Bend for work and wanted a salad. We stumbled upon this location and we ate here for 3 days. The salad was just liked I liked it. It was so many toppings to choose from. The will chop or toss it for you. Healthy eating at its best. Not to mention the cheesy garlic bread and loaded baked potato with grilled chicken. This is the place to be! My garden salad with a spinach substitute. This place needs to be in Chicago now! ”
“ The owner mike is an amazing person when it comes to customer service... my first time eating there i got the loaded baked potato... and let me tell you ... the potatoes are huge and taste great .... the second time I went my husband got the BBQ chicken salad .. AMAZING he doesn't skimp on any of the products that go in the salad and the salad tasted so fresh... it was the bomb ... I recommend to try it at least once ... u won't be disappointed.... and the place is immaculate... and so clean that u cud eat of the floor ... all around an amazing place must try!!!! ”

The store owner Mike Marks is smoother than Markie mark, his food had us feeling...the full vibration. We ordered some of everything, custom salad, cheese curds, corn cake, cashew brittle, sweet shirt and drinks. As an out of state resident this was as close to my wife’s cooking as I could get. This is a must taste. P.s the store has so much more to offer especially with the other items around the store. ”

Tossed To Go has something for everyone - especially those who misguidedly think they could never make a meal out of a salad. I’m a busy professional who works 12 hours a day mentally present and on my feet I can truly say every meal I’ve gotten from here has been the perfect fuel for my day and then some. Hearty portions of fresh (never wilted or poor quality) veggies, meats, cheeses and hand made dressing(read as: no preservatives) come together to make a lunch that is second to none or a dinner for the whole family with the larger family portion salad I’ve enjoyed bringing home many times! The chef is always open to substitutions made easy by ordering via the toast website taking secure Apple Pay or debit/credit card Payment’s for an easy and quick transaction that finds your salad waiting for you at the carry out table within 5 minutes. This place truly is genius and we are so lucky to have a resource like this in our community! Supporting this local business is a delicious way to treat yourself. ”

“ Absolutely amazing. I accidentally dropped an expletive—despite my well-mannered upbringing—when I bit into the Wild Mushroom Flatbread because it was that good. I also got a large of Chef Mike's Signature (with added chicken), which was probably the best salad I've ever had. To top it off, I grabbed some cashew brittle, which was deliciously rich. This was plenty of food and could have easily been split between two people (40 total, or about 20 per person if shared). Chef Mike took my order and made the food, he was very friendly, approachable, and enacted excellent customer service. ”
